A syndicate of fighters, managed by pros.
A member-funded diversification and insurance pact. Every member contributes. The pool is professionally invested. Returns go to the members who need them most.
Join before 22
Membership opens only to fighters who sign before their 22nd birthday — amateurs and young pros alike. Signing early, before careers sort winners from everyone else, is what makes the pool fair.
Sign the pact
Members sign a binding pact at the start, committing a share of their career earnings for the length of their boxing and boxing-adjacent careers. Read the pact.
Contribute
2% base of all boxing and boxing-adjacent earnings for every member. 3% of gross for top earners above a threshold (to be set). Managers remit at payout.
Protect
The pool is managed by institutional investors and seasoned fund managers (to be selected). Returns fund payouts and support for members who didn't end up making money.
What counts as earnings
The 2% applies to anything boxing or boxing-adjacent:
- Fight purses and bonuses
- Sponsorships and endorsement deals
- Commercials, media, appearances and content
- Other deals that come from the boxing career
- Any business the boxer gets, directly or indirectly, as a result of their boxing career
What members could receive
Proposed support for members who didn't end up making money from the sport:
- Payouts from fund returns
- Education and tuition support
- Career transition and business training
- Help navigating health care after the ring
- Financial literacy from day one
Eligibility criteria, benefit levels and timing will be defined with legal, actuarial and investment advisors.
How contributions are collected
Through the corner
Members agree to facilitate contributions through their managers and representatives — for example, the manager remits the 2% to the fund at payout, the same way other deductions come out of a purse.
Transparent statements
Members would see what they've contributed and how the pool is performing, with independent reporting.
Professional stewardship
The fund is designed to be run by institutional investors and seasoned fund managers. None have been appointed yet; selection will follow legal structuring.
Why it's fair to winners
For a fighter who becomes a star, 3% of gross is a small price for having had a guaranteed safety net during the years nobody knew how it would turn out. Champions are built on the backs of sparring partners and opponents — the pact lets them pay that forward. And it's the same deal they'd have taken at 19.
Be a founding name in the corner
We are building the founding list of fighters, gyms, and institutional partners who want to shape the pact before it launches. No commitment, no money — just your voice at the start.
